The apartment was amazing, very clean with a huge comfortable bed. The roof terrace was the icing on the cake with great views and plenty space to dine, relax and sunbathe. The apartment was also central and close to the grand canal and main attractions.Francesca our host was also excellent, great communication and advice on where to go.

Tutto era perfetto! Ottima posizione dell'appartamento in una calle tranquilla però facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti dall'Arsenale. L'appartamento curatissimo con tutto il necessario. Una terrazza splendida!
Grazie, Francesca 🫶

Keys and door codes sent in advance of arrival. Neighbourhood around 10 minutes walk from St Marks Square, 5 minutes walk from nearest water bus stops. Terrace was lovely in the sunshine. Extensive supermarket 2 minutes walk from front door. Host was spot on and allowed early check in when flight landed late morning which helped matters.
No lift, but that is probably the norm for Venice. The only improvement I would make to apartment is a non-slip mat in the shower as its on a gentle slope and can be slippery.
