Very good location and comfortable to stay. the staffs are good.
The breakfast is okay. not too many choices. The room is near the street and a little bit noisy.

In room Tea Bag Option not there ; first few days threre was no Shampoo and Body Wash Dispenser available in the Shower area ; Installed after complain ! Refill of water bottle made only after request , not during daily house keeping ;

Simple spacious rooms and comfy beds. Nice roof terrace with adequate food.
Hot and powerful rain shower.
Located on a very busy street that is noisy with traffic and beeping horns all day and well into the night. The walk to the Ghats is extremely hazardous as you have to negotiate all the people and traffic while walking on the road. The road was closed, so the option of a ride was not available.
The linen needs replacing. Towels were thin and stained, although I believe they were clean, just old.

Too much noise in and around hotel. I used noise cancellation earpods to sleep
