I love the beach but the property and being bayside provided another layer of luxury and experience (it was grand), compared to 100% Beachfront. Great stay!
Confusing to pay a separate fee for parking, but $10 for entire stay wasn’t bad.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Full size condo, washer dryer work great. Swimming pool and beach were amazing. Shuttle stops right downstairs and takes you anywhere on the property. Golf courses are amazing. Too much to do, wish we had more time.
Bed was too high and a little on the soft side. We didn't get all the perks as if we would have rented straight from the Grand Sandestin like discounts at the beach chair and umbrella rentals.

This property was a very nice unit and has been well maintained. Unit was very clean and quiet. The bed was heavenly! So comfortable. Everything was great! We would love to come back sometime in the future.

It’s in a good area.
Tv in bedroom kept freezing and we could not shut off the tv with the remote. Bath tub would not drain very well. Toilet paper holder fell off the first day but we had it fixed.

Rooms were nice.
Due to the parking I will never choose to stay at this facility again. The parking spots are soo close together and soo small that it's awful, terrible. I give it 0 stars due to parking. Who would design a parking lot like that. Terrible.

I loved everything about the property. The location was great & outside area was beautiful.
We was not able to watch television in the bedroom.

The pools and hot tubs were nice. The rooms were gorgeous and comfortable.
The parking spaces are too narrow. I had trouble with codes at the entrance gate and the room. It took a while for the codes to be accepted and allowing my entrance. The bath tub is too high to climb into.

We liked the main facility but not the unit we were assigned to us.
The unit had only the bare minimum supplies and what was there was purchased from Walmart or the Dollar store. There were no linens for the pull-out, lack of furniture for example dining tables, end tables, and a dresser. Lack of kitchen supplies. We had to purchase supplies including a corkscrew. No drip coffee maker, broken toaster. I would recommend booking directly through the Grand, not a third party as they have some onsite to assist you 24 hrs.

the grounds and the yard was well kept
I booked a newer room and the balcony door won’t lock so they moved me to an old ran down furniture room. everything was out dated. They didn’t give me the value of what I paid. I wasn’t happy my whole trip.

We loved everything!!! The condo was beautiful and clean. Everyone we talked to was friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

location , clean, nice amenities
tv didn’t work in bedroom. pans for cooking was so small. I bought and left a frying pan. mattress pad was plastic and made noise and deterred my sleep.

The door lock alignment had issue and it didn’t lock on the first we stoves, but they quickly fixed the issue
