I have been received by a man at the reception that tried to make me believe that l could not check in because the hotel was fully booked. He made me wait for an hour, letting other costumer check in while they were arrived after me. It was in the night of December the 1st to December the 2nd. After an hour he opened a room say “I do you a favour cause you are not supposed to get this room” while I made a reservation on booking.com. The staff in the morning was more respectful. For a room that expensive it is unacceptable!

The breakfast was of a high standard. The dining area was very nice with access to balcony (all on the first floor). Close to shops and eating establishments. Short bus ride to the city.

Clean, big windows to let in natural light. Well lit parking and felt very safe staying with my young daughter. Helpful polite staff.

Phone didn’t work. Told reception. No fix?? Had to ring number off the website to try get room service. Stayed 1 week, the tv only worked on 1 night. Told reception but he shrugged and said it’s just reception. Not ideal. I heard other guests complaining amongst themselves about no tv. Housemaids were great and ever so helpful. Laundry was good.

No facilities at all, other than room. So you have to so elsewhere for food which isnt always open. you are on campus which is well away from the rest of Perth. ok if all you need is on Campus
