Spacious and nice.
Only 3 minutes drive from the center.
Good value for money
One half of the beds was not so comfortable. The other half was comfortable

nice, clean and cosy apartment :)
smaller than expected, but totally ok for 2 people. the original wooden floor can be heard throughout the house when someone is walking (also from the apartment above). it’s ok, but should be known.

The location of the apartment is great, next to the road, no searching because we directly arrived at night, we appreciated it very much, the keys are to be picked up in coded boxes, so arrival is possible at any time at any time. The equipment of the apartment was great, everything you need in the kitchen, plus tablets for the dishwasher, capsules for the coffee machine, washing utensils, but also sugar, salt, and spices. The surroundings are beautiful (Schwarzsee, Kitzbühl, etc..) all trips planned by us are within 30 min. I recommend and we will definitely stay again.
Everything perfect, the only thing that is a bit annoying is that the floor and stairs creak a lot, so when someone comes back to the house at night, you can hear it a lot😊.

Very clean, comfortable, warm, well equipped apartment.
Liked that it had a proper oven as well as a microwave. Plenty of space for 2 people. Plus a wee balcony to keep your beer cold on 😀🍻
Great, friendly staff (check in/out v easy with keybox) We stayed in "Top2".
You can easily ski back to the apartment from the 22 piste across the field at the back. You can get to the same piste in the morning by about a 5ish min uphill walk along the next road. Not as bad as it sounds, honest! And piste 22 is a great home run at the end of the day, hardly anyone on it.
It's about a 10 min walk into Kitzbuhel, not many bars though which was surprising for a ski resort, but it is a pretty place & there is a decent supermarket on the main street & some nice restaurants.
You can also get the ski bus to Brixen to the Skiwelt area (Sinwell stop, its about a 5 min walk) although as we had a car we just decided to drive. A superski pass covers both areas.
We would stay here again if we came back to Kitzbuhel.

The floor area between the bedroom & lounge is raised (I guess to accommodate bathroom pipework) & I lost count of the number of times I stubbed my toe on it. Could the step be painted so you see it?

the location is perfect. when there is a lot of snow it is possible to ski down to the property. it is clean and its kitchen well equipped. The apartment was good and recently renovated but a bit tight for 4 people.
It was a good stay! The heater for the ski boots didn’t work throughout our stay.

Everything was above our expectations. Great location and great price.

Broken dishwasher. It was broken, there was a note to say it was broken but no indication when it was to be fixed/replaced. Neither happened during our stay. A part refund or an apology would have been appropriate but was not offered.

The overall feeling was excellent, rusting Austrian house with all the needed amenities. Check-in and check-out were super-easy
