Всю ночь под гудел вентилятор кондиционера, который находился в балконе в метре от кровати. Расположение гостиницы не очень. Интернет очень слабый, не возможно работать

Rooms are super moldy. Linen is stained with blood. Not inhabitable given the money it costs for rooms.

The rooms have mould and the linen has blood stains and shoe marks.

I was a bit skeptical after reading some reviews but the hotel was great. The rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. The pool was good too. Food was decent. Would stay there again.

Rooms were neat and tidy. We had breakfast complimentary with our room but we couldn't make it to the restaurant in time for breakfast, so we were provided breakfast in our room even after the breakfast timings. We had a baby with us and we asked for non-spicy food for the baby which was off-menu, and they provided us with the same. The staff was very co-operative and welcoming.will love to be back soon.

I think filter was not working in swimming pool which was quite disturbing as pool water was dull and making it difficult to swim and eyes were burning. so they should work something on that. also they should have an options in breakfast.

Room service very bad, care less & insufficient staff, Food quality average, also not any option in buffet breakfast. Food range was very limited and also careless management. New untrained staff, not available basic food like sendwich, garlic bread, any type of fast food. Not proper menu of morning complementary breakfast. Only 2 ready made item + tea / milk. Not any live kitchen item. If we order only bread- butter then they charge extra, everything extra charges. Like omlate, juice, etc. Also not available any basic fruits. Like watermelon, banana etc

the restaurant is very main stream. basic restaurant and room service facilities are not available all the time. The breakfast was not worth paying for

The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable.

However, it was off-season and so there were hardly any staff. The kitchen was very slow to respond. The dinner was not available. This is in a very quiet location and far away from nearby food joints. You do not get any vehicle for short distances either. So we had to order food using swiggy but they too delivered personal 6 inch pizza when we order for 9 inch pizzas. Since there was nothing available locally we had to request for some food from the hotel kitchen which came after almost an hour. We stayed for just a night so I cannot say anything more. May be it is popular during season.

No cleaning, linen not washed

The rooms were spacious and very clean, good lighting, food was amazing and worth the price. The staff is very helpful. They even provided with scooty rentals and a taxi for airport. The staff members are available 24/7.

We struggled with the main door lock. After multiple attempts we could lock and unlock the door. Though the manager said they would be getting it fixed in the following days.
