We had a lovely stay at Possum House during our Tasmania trip. The wide-open views were beautiful, and one of the highlights was seeing the friendly wallaroos coming so close to the house. It was a special experience being surrounded by nature and enjoying such a peaceful setting. A lovely place to stay and enjoy a different side of Tasmania. We really enjoyed our stay!

Spectacular views and comfortable

Beautiful location, the view is amazing. Very clean and comfortable with lots of little extras available. Possibly a little more signage to let you know you’re going the right way. We enjoyed the location so much we stayed an additional night. Thank you

We thought we may have missed a turn as its a windy track a little signage with arrows or continue to get to possum lodge.

The house was booked for 7 people, but the bedding arrangement did not properly accommodate everyone and one guest ended up sleeping uncomfortably. The heater barely worked - even after hours, the house stayed cold with no heating in the bedrooms. The microwave was also completely non-functional, and despite contacting the property during our stay, we received no helpful response until it was almost time to check out. The place itself has potential, but customer service and maintenance need serious improvement. If the facilities had been checked properly and support was prompt, our stay could have been much better.
