The fact that u are so restricted. The owner said we not allowed to get out of windows in lounge but the other tenants did not tht we wanted to bt its not fair. And the fact that u so restricted to noise yes we didn't have party or anything bt it is a vacation and a person sit and talk till late

Very clean, all we needed. Loadshedding wasn't an issue with UPS for charging phones and watching TV as well as rechargeable lamps and kitchen lighting. Bianca communicated all we needed to know and was available all throughout the stay. We were really comfortable.
