Fabulous location! Very good communication with host. There is some street noise at night that could bother some people. Sleep in the back bedroom to avoid it.

It was my own fault. I should have viewed the instruction video before we arrived. I didn’t have WiFi out on the street and took a few extra minutes to get the enter information. View video instructions before you arrive.

Las instalaciones del apartamento, la limpieza y la ubicación son inmejorables. Está bastante equipado (secadores de pelo, cafetera Dolce Gusto, utensilios de cocina...), si bien no dispone de tostadora ni de horno, pese a indicarse en el anuncio. El único punto negativo del apartamento es el nivel de ruido que se escucha desde las habitaciones inclusive de madrugada; obviamente se espera escuchar ruidos de la calle debido a su ubicación céntrica, pero el aislamiento de las ventanas es tan insuficiente que parece que se encuentran abiertas, lo que puede afectar negativamente para conciliar el sueño (a cualquier hora, especialmente en fines de semana).

El servicio de atención al cliente de TUGUEST es bastante deficiente; traté de contactar con ellos vía WhatsApp y mediante su enlace web y fue imposible obtener una respuesta en plazo. Asimismo, las instrucciones de entrada descritas en su plataforma online son totalmente erróneas dado que no funciona el sistema de apertura automática del portal ni de la vivienda mediante la llave virtual, por lo que hay que "adivinar" que en realidad hay que recoger la llave en un cajetín cercano y emplear un codigo para acceder al apartamento. Por otro lado, en las normas de la casa se indica expresamente que la entrada al apartamento puede efectuarse a partir de las "15:00 horas", pero las claves de acceso no se desbloquean hasta las 16:00 horas... En síntesis, el apartamento genial pero la gestión es muy mejorable.

Check-in process was problematic. Time for check in was supposedly 4pm but I waited till 4.30pm and didn't receive access code. When I messaged them, I got repeated automated replies saying access code could not be sent via WhatsApp. And by some miracle, the access code suddenly came through WhatsApp. We were not sure which was the main door of the building. I sent a screenshot of our position at the building asking where the main door was. NO ANSWER! Finally we found the keybox which was some awkward distance from the door. If you can't find your way, good luck, you are on your own. The heating of the apartment was ineffective. Only the living room was somewhat warm. The rest of the walkway and rooms were chilly. One independent heater was provided but when we turned that on together with air-conditioning, it will trip the circuit. Only one set of keys for a 3-bedroom apartment booked for a family.
