Inside room need more detailing in cleaning, the aircon so loud,WiFi not working, the double lock main door's broken, and the wall clock not working pictures are all twisted.

The host is very helpful and easy to communicate. The apartment is clean and there are convenience store and laundry service in the complex.
Easily find Grabcar or Grabfood. It close to SM Lanang Mall as well.
No hot water. But it's ok to enjoy fresh water of Davao .

Best of the best! Excellent and promptly responded from staff, smooth check in, located in a nice neighbourhood, beautiful & poetic surroundings, laundry shop and mini mart just down there, supermarket in the main road, safe residential area with privacy and value for money, nice view from the balcony, I attached a photo.
Not complaining, when it’s raining, the Dona Pilar Ave is very muddy for walking, the guest could take the special yellow tricycle to avoid it for 10 pesos (not the condo’s fault), I think it has no hot water in the bathroom, even though it’s not a big deal.

Clean, spacious, complete facilities (fridge, air-conditioning, dinning table/work station. And easy to get Grab taxi from here..There is a laundry mart and Small shop nearby.
There is no hot shower, internet is bit slow (better use your phone data) and not much channel on TV. But it really bother me..All good!

It was a very clean room, all the stuff you needed to cook and eat at the studio was included
Clean towers and bedding, everything fresh. Great pool, swam twice a day, supermarket near by plus local eateries with low prices and tasty food.. Crocodile Park is well worth a visit plus ferry to island of Samal is close. Great place to stay for a relaxing break
Nothing, except unusually Booking.com messed up the entry arrangements but the Ower was more than helpful putting that right and was most apologising. So not a problem really.

Apartment is nice we've stayed there before. Nice pool. Microwave added this time which was a help.
Internet access was very poor so then no TV either. Would have been nice to have had a warm shower if we wanted.
