The apartment was like a home away from home! It had everything we needed and was spotless! Walking distance to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. The key collection and drop off process was very easy. Nothing was a problem and the letting agent was fantastic and always available to assist us. Sebel reception staff also extremely helpful! Can’t wait to go back for another holiday!

property was handy to the beach and not far from a lot of other facilities.
The noise from the traffic. on an intersection and lower floor had a lot of street noise.
The bed in the main bedroom could be bigger. Some basic items that would normally be supplied for accommodation were missing like face washers and shampoo/conditioner.
There were high fees if you didn’t empty the dishwasher, rubbish or fridge which would not normally apply in most accommodation venues.

the actual apartment was really nice.with all good facilities and homeware. good appliances , good TV options and secure. parking was good.
it said a private pool but that was not true. pools were shared, some with hotel and some with owners. How can that be claimed to be a Private Pool.
The road noise of loud traffic at the multiple .traffic lights and the huge number of Noisy extra loud exhausts meant it was unpleasant to use the deck. However as deck had no view apart from the multi lane highway we simply had to close the doors to the deck for peace and quiet.

Clean and great if you have to work away. Lots of things nearby. Heaps of space.
It is more of an air bnb type situation where you collect keys & wash the dishes before you leave - not a hotel type situation. The Sebel front desk isn't where you check in etc. It's on a busy road so is noisy if you have want to open doors etc to the balcony. Just check on maps to see if its a location to suit you. It's not bad, just wasn't what we were after.

it was in a great location and the pool etc.. was great. the room was great too, probably could do with some essential supplies, we arrived and didn’t have a hire car for the first couple of days, a bottle of water and some shampoo/conditioner and body wash would have been nice. even charge a little more and have some breakfast provisions for the first day.

Great modern apartment with easy access to get out and about. Spa, pool and steam room are a bonus to use. Over the road from the beach.
The location of the apartments is right next to a very busy intersection of traffic lights. It's quite noisy trying to sit on the balcony.

Well kept, modern apartment with lots of space. Kevin at The Burlington made everything very easy for us too. We'll be staying here again for our next trip up.

location, pools, quiet neighbourhood, good restaurants and cafes nearby, close to buses, apartment was awesome - plenty of space for our gear and we could all escape each other if we wanted some down time, balcony was great to eat dinner on, fantastic sound system and tv
