Location was ideal for us. Small spar but comfortable

Check in - the door did not open . Had to wait for more that 2 hours for agent to come to open the door . Very tiring and frustrating after a long trip !

La limpieza del piso deseaba mucho que desear , los olores que había en las escaleras y no haber tenido ni gel de ducha ni papel higiénico suficiente

The place was close to metro line and some shops. The apartament was quite clean, as were the utensils.

The frame of double bed was broken, it was very uncomfortable to sleep. Inside, after AC was on, there was a distinct smell, I guess it wasn't cleaned properly. No paper towels, no dryer for utensils, no chopping board. Lack of physical keys and only entering with telephone app - if your phone dies, you can't get inside. And the app wasn't opening doors quickly. Damage deposit isn't only for potiental damage, but also for not taking the trash out too, which is very strange and we had to read very carefully about it.
