The apartments were an easy walk from the train station. We were incredibly surprised that the hostess came in person to show us around and explain all the important details. She is an amazing woman! Delicious treats were also waiting for us in the kitchen. Another thing we absolutely loved was the spotless cleanliness and the abundance of everything you could possibly need for a comfortable, "home away from home" stay. The kitchen was a particular joy in this regard—it was FULLY equipped, with a dishwasher (including dishwasher gel), plenty of tableware, and air conditioning and good quality tea, coffee etc. We had two bedrooms at our disposal, each featuring AC, a TV, and its own en-suite bathroom with hair shampoo and conditioner. The bed linen was impeccably clean and perfectly ironed. There was a third bathroom in the hallway with a washing machine for our use, laundry pods, a drying rack, and so on. There is also an orthopedic sofa in the hallway, which was a great spot to take a quick break. For the children, there was a box filled with toys and board games, and even a play mat to layout on the floor. We could step out onto a private, flower-filled terrace with two gazebos. Additionally, the apartment features a small, romantic balcony with a table—perfect for having a cup of coffee with a view of the park. The local lighting throughout the apartment is well-thought-out, creating a cozy atmosphere, and there are convenient power outlets right by the beds. The location of the apartment is excellent. As mentioned before, the train station is within walking distance, as well as a Lidl and an Italian hypermarket with a wonderful fish department. Right across the street, you can buy fruits, vegetables, and water until late at night. Public transport passes can be purchased in the immediate vicinity. The bus stop is also nearby, and the bus (#6) runs frequently and quickly to the island of Venice. There is a park and a playground right there too.

This was an indeed exceptional place! Very clean house, with all facilities you ever need. No need to buy anything in advance, since it is all offered by the host. The place itself is super comfortable, with three bathrooms, a very well equipped kitchen, and air conditioner in every rooms, which is super helpful in hot weather. As well, we cannot skip mentioning the wonderful terrace that you have access to. It’s super cozy, full of plants, and having a coffee in the morning is a must there! Also, the host was amazing, best host in our life! She met us when we arrived and showed everything in the house. Also, we got very good recommendations for places to see and to eat. We are really grateful we got to stay at this very place, and we are definitely going to stay here for the next trip to Venice! 100 out of 10 starts, we are definitely recommending this place!

Everything was absolutely perfect.

Awesome place very close to Venezia Mestre and had everything we needed. Kitchen is fully equipped and in great condition (pans, pots, knives, etc). Natalia and Veronica were great hosts!

Super clean, super comfy, super nice owner, good location with easy access both from highway and to the islands and all you may need in the neoghbourhood, closed parking slot for the car, we did not use the terrace because our stay was short and the weather not inviting but it looked great as well :) The apartment even provided umbrellas and rain coats in case of bad weather :) And delicious pastry as welcome gift :)
