We were a group of friends, all girls, and booked JenJon chalets for 2 nights. We were very concerned about safety and asked a lot of questions to JenJon before booking. It turned out to be a very good experience as it was value for money. Soon after booking we were asked to pay the booking amount, which we did and immediately the confirmation email arrived. The chalets are clean, neat, offers comfortable stay as per the price that we were paying. The access to swimming pool was given to us after the payment. Nice place for some chill time
Pet was charged extra, as per the policy

The food was excellent. As was the support staff. Very comfortable handling pets.
The property is stand alone and desolate. Properties alongside are not well maintained making it a bit unwelcoming if one is travelling just with family. Also in terms of safety, one did not feel safe especially in the evening with no other people around, so much of overgrown area around the property.

Amenities and arrangements are good, homely food.
Quiet place for relaxing, cycling, TT,Carrom, oher games are available at property.
Billing system is not good.Owner is charging tax on every transaction but i have not received any invoice for same,on enquiring at site they replied that you will get over mail, but i have not received any soft copy also.
It is duty of tax collector to raise tax invoice if you are collecting tax from guests.

The host Prveen was polite and very helpful. He gave us excellent service. The place is good for those having pets and the encoded compound allows you to leave your pet open
The chalet was too far from the pool, though the rooms were decent the outside area was not well kept and seem to be in a state of decay, the chalet gate was broken, No mirror in bathroom. The chalet has glass doors all around and did not offer a sense of security as anyone could easily enter by breaking the glass. The place needs to have grills. The right time o visit would be the monsoon as in summer its too hot and dry
