The staff were friendly and polite
Shenaz at the restaurant was extremely helpful with all my vegetarian needs.
Shafiq I think his name is, was so delightful and polite from room service.
Love the location
Reception staff also good.
The 4th floor had a moist musty odour, manageable but definitely needs some attention.

Very nicely designed interior space and large room, the staff, the cleanliness. The aroma at the hotel.
We also got an upgrade to larger suite - unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the view of the corniche as it was dark when we checked in and out.
Two very very minor things.
With the exception of the hotel restaurant and cafe - there was only a Dunkin Donuts and a supermarket that was easily walkable distance from hotel. We only stayed one night so no time to explore surrounding area.
And hotel room tissue box in the bathroom was a little damp when we checked in. A bit odd

Really nice staff, very polite and welcoming
It was a little difficult to find the actual entrance as it’s not on the main corniche. Better signposting would be helpful.

Free car parking
Can’t control AC it was frozen , when they fixed it , become hot not cooling anymore, shower is tiny, water flooded in the washroom after shower, water sink blocked, I removed the valve to flow, when order anything they forgot to bright or coming after hour or after calling again. Walls like papers next room person was shouting 7:00 am , hallway corridors smell of dampness, Overpriced , location is far.

"Hotelausstattung top, Fitnessstudio, Pool und Sauna. Auch als Frau durfte ich mit Bikini den Pool benutzen.
Das Personal konnte uns leider bei vielen Fragen (Strände, Tauchen, etc.) nicht weiterhelfen..."
