Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Detroit - Dearborn by IHG

You're only catering to 1 type of people which is unacceptable. Add these suggestions. 1. Order grits very easy to make, order 1 huge bag of shredded cheese 1 bag last a month, 1 bag raisins, 1 bag walnuts for oatmeal last a month, waffle maker it uses the same pancake mix, didn't remember seeing butter. $1 store has trays to hold the utensils that are used to fix your plate with, instead of it being inside with the food that all customers touch and contaminate food. Didn't see 2% milk. Order some hummus, boiled eggs keep in a warmer, 1 tray with spinach, mushrooms, broccoli, red onions, tomatoes mixed with scrambled eggs delicious. 1 tray with cut watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew melon & grapes. All suggestions are very inexpensive, cost effective & will enhance the breakfast experience. I worked in hospitality for quite some time.

Ceiling vents need cleaning in bathrooms, check out time should be 12pm still plenty of time left to clean. Fix TV in dining/breakfast area. Desk clerk had no clue how to turn it on & got irritated when he was asked.
