The house is super nice, clean, has everything you need. Amazing deal, especially if another couple splits it. Safe secure, gated, cameras and close to everything, but far enough away from the busy border area. Yard was clean and pretty with an abundance of mamones!

My only complaints is that it's a little loud being next to the road ( I'm a light sleeper ) , and the abandonded house next door had several dogs living in it that were a bit questionable, but I'm sure they will move on, or get rescued.

I had to spend the night in Paso Canoas, because of maintenance at my bank, and I was lucky to find such a fantastic house available nearby. The owner even offered to give me a ride from and back to Paso Canoas centro!

Extremely friendly people with Willingness to assist and help to make sure I had all was needed!

Not complaining but, nice to have electric gate system at the entrance of the property so, you don't have to get off the car to open/close every time you need to go out.

I was needed a space to rest and connect more with God's plans and i felt so safe and able to do so with flowers, grass, birds, and the house pup. The bed is incredibly comfortable and i had more than i could have asked for with a complete kitchen, bathroom with soft towels and laundry room. And on top of all that, the owners have shown kindness like no other. Truly a blessing.
