Great location and lots of space, we had everything we needed to have a great visit to Tbilisi.
The door was a bit stiff and the lock would jam sometimes. Other than that, it is a great apartment in a great area.

Fantastic location right in the centre of the city

Situación inmejorable y con parking. Camas cómodas. Comunicación con el propietario muy fluida. Cortinas opacas en las ventanas
Dejaron secando las sábanas y toallas anteriores dentro del apartamento.
Deberían arreglar el armario del baño

Location is good, in the center of the city with walk distance to everything.
Old and cold apartment on the ground floor of old building. Toilet is even below the ground level - it is so cold out there, that you brush your teeth in a hurry. Furniture is broken with screws stick out. Not for the family with small kids. Two bedrooms are separated by thin wall and you can hear people breathing behind it. Not for group of adults. And most of all I was disappointed by the fact how apartment photos and description are "hiding" these "nuances"
