Up to date. Very clean. Very friendly staff.

A staff member making us wait, because she wanted to make two waffles for herself was a little strange and unprofessional. But other than that wonderful place to stay. I would come again if in the area.

The entire stay was amazing!!! This hotel is definitely one of our favorites.

It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable!

The only issue we had is the guests in the room above us sounded like they were river dancing and jumping up and down on the floor and it was very annoying. I'm sure it was children (which I totally understand, but the parents should have stopped it in a hotel) I reported it to the front desk and it eventually stopped, but I could tell the hotel employee was aggravated that I called. (it wasn't 7 or 8 o'clock, but more like 10 and it was keeping my children from being able to sleep)

they were out of shampoo and all the amenities and the beds were not that comfortable. It was hard to get any towels and shampoo for the room.

Location and property was great.

The first room we were assigned to, was clearly not cleaned. We walked in and was hit In The face with an awful urine smell. One bed was not made and there was garbage in the kitchen garbage can. After more investigating, there was dried poop behind the bathroom door. Yes, we got another room. The new room was off to a good start when we initially opened the door but the floor was very sticky. Clearly not cleaned. Two bowls were put away that were dirty. After a long drive, we stopped at this location with a reservation and wanted a hot shower which we got. But whilst in there, there was ZERO shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the fixtures in the shower wall. There was none given in the sink area either. When we asked for shampoo/ conditioner, we were told "there isn't any" and that was that. I was in the shower waiting for my husband to bring me something and came in empty handed. So now I had wet, dirty hair. The room was very spacious and we were exhausted so slept well in the beds. Attention to detail and the obvious we're missing here.

The rooms were really nice. The location was great. The breakfast was really good. That staff were very professional and helpful.

My rooms weren’t ready when I arrived so I had to wait for them to get them ready. One of my rooms had to be changed. The room they placed me in smelled like garlic my whole stay so I had to spray with odor ban and there were stains on the carpet.

very clean, big and comfortable room, the staff was friendly . Breakfast could have been better not much variety but what they have is good.

The room was spacious and the kitchenette came in handy.

The refrigerator got loud at times. And they didn't clean the room or provide new towels when requested.
