MUNI MUNI VILLAS SIARGAO

Location was perfect for us. Quick tuktuk or bike ride to all areas. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was yummy and affordable. Close to some exceptional restaurants as well. It was great to dip in the pool after a long hot day, the staff were very attentive and always brought us water to the pool. When we stayed there was a lovely gift in our room which just made it even more special as we were not expecting it.

The only hiccup, we wanted to move into the 2 bedroom apartment, it was available on the night and we had expressed our interest in staying there (as we were extending) unfortunately when we went to book in the morning it had gone to a walk in. It would have been good if they could have contacted us first. But I guess you snooze you lose :)

The place is very clean, beautiful, and the staff ae friendly. In fact, after deciding to extend our stay in Siargao, we compared other hotels in the same price range and realized that this hotel offers by far the best value for money. That’s why we chose to stay right here—and the fact that we decided to extend our stay speaks for itself!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel—it’s a wonderful place, and overall we had a great time! However, we wanted to leave some constructive feedback regarding the breakfast option, as it was quite frustrating for us. We paid around €15 per night for the couple in advance for breakfast. Upon arrival, we found out there is no breakfast buffet or set service; instead, breakfast is ordered from the hotel restaurant's menu, where about half of the items are excluded. The exclusions seemed completely arbitrary. For example, pineapple juice was included, but lemonade—which costs the exact same price—was not. Some cheaper items were excluded, while other, more expensive items were allowed. When we brought this up on our first day to understand the policy, the response was just a repetition of the waiter's rules without any real explanation, so we decided not to argue. Overall, the hotel itself is great and we would still recommend staying here! However, we strongly advise future guests not to pay for breakfast in advance. Paying directly at the restaurant costs almost the same, but gives you full freedom without any confusing restrictions.
