Overall, inside was clean. Internet was great.

Refrigerator never made ice and freezer was frozen up when we arrived. Patio and steps were full of debris and we arrived late. So there was ample time to clean. AC did not cool upstairs properly.

The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and we were across from the pool.

The beds were a little uncomfortable.

The location (access to the beach and the condition of the grounds) was wonderful. Parking was close and the overall condition of the unit was very good. A couple of minor issues (a problem with the water supply and a parking issue) were handled quickly and efficiently by the property manager.

The only shortcomings were the condition of the living room furniture and the carpeting in the bedrooms. The loveseat and sofa were outdated and worn, and the carpeting on the second floor has seen better days. Neither issue had a real impact on our stay, but they are the only reason that we give our stay a 9 out of 10, not a 10 out of 10.

Great location with convenient beach access. Close to amenities and activities. The condo was clean and comfortable with a fun beach vibe. Kid and family-friendly. The host had excellent communication and instructions for getting in/out.

It would have been nice to have more blankets for the beds. One of the days/nights it got colder, eventually, we turned up the heat.
