Mr. Khaled in reception was very helpful and trying his best to make our accommodation comfortable.
Units need renovation and more facilities.

It was horrible trip
When I came I didn’t find an apartment of sea veiw they don’t give you choice while you are booking any apartment is ready you can go the second thing aqua is very dangerous that my son got hurt in the head with 21 stitches he was near to death they tried to compensate us by sea trip or dinner for free but we refused.the beach is away you have to wait for the boat more than 30 min to bring you to the beach .
Please DON’T book at this hotel they are careless with guests.

All went well. The stay was exceptional. Staff was amazing and friendly. i will repeat my visit to Porto when to coming to North Cost.

The view was amazing I enjoyed everything about the apartment and the staff were very helpful every thing was exceptional thank you especially to Mr Haytham who was contacting us daily for any comments 🌷🌷

At first I want to thanks the stuff at the reception for easy check inn and provide for me a good apartment with sea view and always call me if I need anything
The pool is perfect and their is a lot of restaurant with different varieties
The toilets is so small

Chalet was clean and near to the pool , beach was great with eid vibes. Night cafes were very entertaining. Great value for money

The staff were very flexible and quick while responding to our requests and really helped in making our vacation experience exceptional in Porto Marina apartments.
Also Porto Marina is a very attractive and nice place within the north coast
The room was very good, but i believe it would be better to be ventilated well before our arrival if possible, but really this was something minor for improvement as the advantages were alot while comparing with the (needs improvement) things

The staff is very helpful especially Mr. Ibrahim Gharib and Mr. Khalid at the reception in addition to Mr. Mahmoud in the House keeping. Regarding facilities and location, are very nice and pleasant.
The tower gates need to be opened and to be informed to the gusts.

Mr. Islam Raslan in the reception was very helpful, cheerful and did his best in the cold and rainy weather in this time of the year, a big thanks to him.

Efficient and friendly staff, and the place was generally well appointed. good value and so on.
The one thing I would suggest is to have phones in the rooms, and if possible, wifi. We were a long way from reception (they rode us there in a golf cart!), but each time we needed to talk to reception, we had to walk over to reception.
