Nice modern rooms. The service was exceptional and world class. Notable kudos to Tajul Islam one of the housekeepers. He really looked after our needs proactively.

Everything was great

The breakfast was very good and plenty of choices to eat, the staff are very polite and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we had a wonderful time. I had an excellent experience at Maani Muscat Hotel & Suites. The service was truly five-star from start to finish. A special appreciation goes especially to Hassan the Valet Parking Supervisor and Juniad, and all of his team T, they were extremely professional friendly respectful and always ready to assist us. The valet parking service was smooth fast and very well organized, I would also like to sincerely appreciate the hotel owner and the entire management team for maintaining such a welcoming atmosphere and providing excellent hospitality Their dedication to guest satisfaction and service quality is truly appreciated. The complimentary car wash was also a wonderful extra touch and made my experience even more special, thank you Hassan the entire Valet Parking Team the Management and the Owner of Maani Muscat Hotel & Suites for the wonderful experience Truly a five-star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would also thank Mohinul, Taijul, Jeet, Akash for making our room so special. The location is excellent. It is right next to Al Araimi Boulevard, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I stayed here two years ago and had a great experience, which is why I chose to return.

Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing compared to my previous visit. The room did not feel clean. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom sink, and I found insects in the shower. Housekeeping did not clean the room on the second day, and I even found a used bar of soap behind the sink. The towels were old and worn out. Overall, the cleanliness and housekeeping standards have declined.
