Location is good as a resort but local transport can be a problem. Easy to get out of the hotel but have difficulty coming back.

The Staff were just brilliant to us. Very friendly and always willing to help. The food was exceptional too. We didn't have a bad meal. The pool, gym and bar are all very nice. Certainly lived like Kings for a few days..

The remoteness of the place. You need a taxi just to go Kuta which has to be organised by the hotel. The hotel needs more activities for teenagers like a games room, pool table, xbox area, mini cinema, that sort of thing otherwise it can get boring.

The best hotel in Lombok!

Breakfast is not ok and expensive. Low value for money. Transportation of hotel is toooo expensive.

The hotel is gorgeous - brand new and while it’s clearly still in a soft opening phase the facilities are beautifully designed. Nice location that is short 4 minute scooter ride into Kuta but far enough away from the busy little town.

While the staff were EXTREMELY polite, warm and welcoming - respectfully it became clear that there was no management onsite and the staff may be lacking training on how to run a 5 star hotel. Please let me be clear, I would stay here again but hope that the hotel management clue into the fact that the level of service or general training of basic hotel functions is far behind that of other 5 star hotels on Lombok. Before arriving at Pullman we had just stayed at the Oberoi on Lombok which is a comparative 5 star resort for two nights- the level of service between the hotels was night and day. Some of the flaws at Pullman: - The check in experience was strange, upon being given the keys we were pointed in a general direction to find the room. No explanation of the resort property, restaurants or facilities - Any time we had a question for the front desk about check out times, renting a scooter, spa treatments, it required three staff members looking at a computer and then asking us to wait for a few minutes while they checked with a manager. - there was a large number of staff that were walking around the property but no one looked like they knew what to do. The one exception here was two bar staff by the pool. Hamdi and Jaelani were fantastic and picked up the slack for other staff that couldn’t even put in a food order. Again - I only write this so the resort can make some minor tweaks and truly become a fantastic resort option for guests.

The location is good, spacius room and the staff is realy helpfull. It might be suit for holiday instead of work since the view and beach are keep calling me to be arround instead of in front of laptop.

Beautiful hotel on the beach, nice pool, friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and even the ‘garden view’ rooms have ocean view from the balcony. Good food (although the breakfast buffet is overpriced and includes unnecessary items such as pop corn and candy floss, the ala carte options are fine)

The 2 days (out of 4 days we stayed there), we were not able to relax and enjoy our stay at the hotel because: 1. One of the days, there were about 200 people from a company that chose the hotel as a team building venue, and they used the beach, pool and garden to do activities (games etc) with extremely loud noise (the instructors even used microphones!). I have organized company events at hotels before, and we are always given a set of rules, so the guests are respectful to one another, and Pullman Lombok clearly hasn’t set these rules or they have not been able to enforce them. 2. The hotel has a cheap ‘Dip & Dine’ package that offers a meal and access to pool to people who don’t stay at the hotel. One of the days, a local international school took advantage of this offer to do a school trip at the hotel! The adults that came with the children were more busy choosing food for thenselves and hanging out with each other, which means there were kids running around screaming hardly supervised. I have nothing against kids (got a couple myself), and while the hotel can not be held responsible for the these children’s behavior, and it’s understandable that the hotel is trying to get as many customers and as much revenue as possible, it is not acceptable that they don’t protect the rights of staying customer to relax and enjoy the facilities. We chose Pullman and paid Pullman price to have a peaceful and relaxing vacation, and we we couldn’t have that half the time we were there. So although the hotel is beautiful, I’m not sure we’ll be back.

the beach

I got food poisoning from eating a fruit at breakfast. been sick all day and throwing up all night. the next morning when I told the staff I was throwing up all night because of the food poisoning and so missed my breakfast. they send me on my way with som bagels and croissant in a paper bag.

Location, food, cleanliness.

Very poor lifts facilities.. such a big resort and lifts are at 2 corners. It's too much to walk for the old couple like us. There is no bathroom near the pool. This resort is not friendly for the old people.

World Class service! Hamdi, Jaelani, and Marta are amazing and so friendly and gave us the best service we have ever had in Indonesia. Everyone from the front desk staff, the drivers, to the cleaners were exceptionally nice. The rooms are beautiful and the pool is amazing. Also the restaurant provides the best food in all of Indonesia!

There should be separation from the restaurant and kids facility. This will prevent children from running freely around the restaurant. It would also be nice if the shuttle went to Kuta more than once per day.

I stayed in the Pullman in Lombok in early May, where I had a fantastic experience. The room was, as you might expect, clean and had many extras consistently stocked, with housekeeping maintaining a high standard of cleaning every day. However, what really made the stay was the excellent staff, who were all attentive and extremely friendly. It would be tough to name every single person, however Satria (restaurant), Johan (reception) and Cutra (chef) were a cut above everyone else - a massive thank you to the three of them for making my stay so pleasant. Further, the company they partnered with for transport were also excellent, with Rico even venturing into town to get me a pair of flip-flops! My only nice to have on transport would be more manual motorcycles, however I understand that’s a personal preference. In all, one of the best hotels/resorts I have stayed in!

We like the hotel is modern and new

We dont like that the hotel doesnt clean the beach, even the public kuta beach is cleaner. They only opened up the facilities like the main pool and breakfast when occupancy is high.
