The Location is excellent. There are lot of things to explore. One of the best places for kids if you want to keep them away from the screens. They can cycle, play, swim, run... there is ample open space available around. My kid really enjoyed the stay. Its well maintained place. Rooms are nice and clean. Food is good. Staff are polite and helpful. Honestly, we did not find any dull moment here :)
Its a lovely place to be honest. There are lot of open spaces. They can place benches around so that people can sit and enjoy nature. Direct access to river was not available. Kayaking also not open. Might be because of rainy season.

Though the property was huge and beautiful.
They lacked service. There was hardly any staff present to guide or help and the one's available were also of no good. Though the staff the restaurant was good. The spa services we took were not worth the money and pretty inexperienced staff there.
