The room was nice, clean, cozy and warm. It had hot water and it covered all the necesities. The area is quiet and great for staying.
The description on booking says Free Parking and there are pictures posted with cars parked right in front of the building on the pavement. In reality, many things changed around the neighbourhood and there are no free parking spots around, only the marked ones for the residency zone. I had problems finding a place to leave my car, and in the end, I parked it in another Sector. I would recommend an update of this aspect.

Molto accogliente, luminosa . Il fatto che si trova sulla strada dietro a quella principale fa sì che la zona è molto tranquilla e, a solo due passi c’è metro e il grande Centro commerciale Sun Plaza.
Non un briciolo di rumore.

The space is clean, well-maintained, and practically organized. The location is quiet and easily accessible, perfect for those looking for something functional and convenient. I recommend this studio to anyone who wants an affordable and comfortable option for short or medium stays.
It would have been nice if a washing machine and coffee maker were available.

not to many things, but one of them is about location, very close to all facilities.
first of all, about the parking for car, all the parkings around are reserved and you are pushed to park your car far away, the second thing is about cleaning, the third one is about the Wi-Fi connection, you don’t have the password.
the fourth one is about the tv remote control, is Doesn’t have any battery!!!!
