The location was great, noisy, but convenient. The staff was awesome, professional and friendly. The comfort in the room was good.
The a/c unit was making very loud sounds. We did not call the front desk as we were only staying one night.

The staff were very friendly, and gave me recommendations on places to check out. The location was super convenient and I felt it was right in the middle of where I wanted to be and made sightseeing easy, as most of the places I wanted to see were within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean and was tidied up each day. The vending machine in the hallway was convenient as well.
The room was pretty small, and for the amount I paid it would have been nice to have a little more space and maybe a little desk and chair. Due to the small space and placement of the shower door, it was difficult to turn on the shower without stepping directly under the showerhead, which was a bit inconvenient since I prefer to adjust the temperature of the water first.

It was a great location and cute room, but the lack of a window was something I would have liked to know. It made me physically ill and claustrophobic so I did not get much rest and was uncomfortable. I understand why it has no windows, but knowing this would have changed my booking.
