Not giving proper instructions or directions Usually, the owner will whatsapp 2 days before arrival date on the procedure of how to collect the property keys on arrival, but this owner didn't provide me any information until I have to call him asking on how to collect the key Seems like the owner has never been to this place or once awhile to look around The place is like a rundown. The heater is not working well. The views are not nice, and the beaches are not for water activities, unless fishing Even the air conditioning remote is not working.

Strategic location with surrounding of shops. Waterfront, eventhought cant swim but good place to have morning/evening walk. Unit kept clean. Owner was responsive and friendly.

Aircond remote was not functioning. Description of unit stated it can fit till 7 pax but its a modified studio unit with fit 5pax.

Located strategically in the Port Dickson city center. Fast food restaurant and convenient store is just nearby the area.

The house is located at a very convenient level of easy access. There's no need for driving out and everything is at walking distance.

The lifts at the home stay are so ridiculous; terribly very slow and only 1 lift functions. Can't understand how the management has designed the house without considering there will be more people who come and stay and only have 2 lifts to access.
