the beds were comfortable and overall size of property was fair for the amount of people we had staying there.

We booked this place mainly because of the pool and amenities that came along with it. The pool was disgusting, it was poorly taken care of, when we tried to get someone to clean it because the water was green, no one showed up and we kept calling the number provided and we received nothing but excuses. The outside lounge chairs were full of mold, it was the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced in my life. The grill didn't light up properly either. We had a flood in our master bedroom bathroom, we had personal items destroyed, and once again we called to get the situation under control, resolved, and no one seem to care or even be bothered by all of the incidents that were happening at this property. This was by far the worse vacation of my life. It was not worth the money, I don't recommend this property at all, STAY FAR AWAY! you'll have more headaches than peace of mind at this property. Lastly, the company vacasa that takes care and watches these properties, they are extremely unprofessional and could care less about the problems going on at these properties. Every time I called, they couldn't provide any solutions.
