Very nice apartment, the AC works really well, the bed is comfortable, no problems.
This apartment is on the ground floor so you hear some noise from the hallway and the street. My main problem was that the main door of the building slams shut really loudly, and this woke me up every day.

Location
Cracks in bathroom sink, crockery and knives chipped. Very small ironing board that was eventually found on top of wardrobe was filthy (had to stand on a chair to find it). Ants on kitchen surface, insecticide was delivered on our third day.
