The facility was clean easy to find, and well located. Excellent view of the water. And the price fit our budget!

My only complaint was the bed wasn't as comfy as I'd like but my husband liked it and it was not bad enough to switch to the other unoccupied room in the place so there's that.

Nothing was really outstanding about the property. It was clean.

I was not aware of the parking fee that was assessed upon arrival. No where in the explanation was there notice of a 2 car limit for parking or a $35 per car fee. There were not enough trash bags available for the stay. The beds were not clearly defined as a trundle or pull out sofas. The kitchen was not adequately equipped for any cooking or warming of meals. No pot mitts, no pans for the oven, no scissors. The washing machine had a musky smell from not being properly cleaned. The shower curtain liners were old and stiff. Limited towels. The beach was not easily accessible as noted in the description. You have a small beach view between 2 Houses.
