This place is unique! The atroom was furnished with antique like furniture and it was huge. The common areas were beautifully decorated and the grounds were great as well. The location is quieter because this is on the outskirts of Montrose. Yet it is an easy drive to Montrose or Ouray.
Our stay was good.

I loved everything about this stay! The team communicated entry information clearly, and the room was exactly as described. While I didn't use the shared spaces, it was nice to know there was a washer/dryer on site, and ample sitting areas in the shared room. My room was enormous, with lots of unexpected extras like water in the fridge, and snacks on the cart. There were plenty of pillows, towels, toiletries, coffee, hangers... Everything had been thought of! Finally, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
Not necessarily a negative, but the location right off of US. 550 is between Ridgway and Montrose. It's still only a 10-minute drive into Montrose, but it should be noted that it is south of the town, so not a walkable location.

Clean, comfortable bed
No one on site and it’s well outside of town on its own, so it feels a bit like an abandoned house you have access too. We seemed to be one of just two or three people staying there, so there were many unoccupied rooms, yet we were put in an accessible room with a very odd bathroom situation where the sink was not in the bathroom. Made it very difficult at night if you needed to use the toilet then have to find the sink and make noise in the dark. We’ve never stayed anywhere where it wasn’t made clear whether a room we be booked was accessible or not.
