I had a pleasant stay with my family at Troika Residence. Overall, the room was clean, neat, and comfortable. The floor was well-maintained, and having two extra mattresses provided was very helpful and made our stay more convenient, especially for a family.
I would like to kindly share some feedback regarding the bathroom cleanliness, as this area may need some further attention. During our stay, we noticed that the bathroom floor felt slightly sticky and oily, which gave the impression that it may not have been cleaned thoroughly. We also noticed some yellow stains and dirt marks around the toilet area, and we hope this can be looked into.

The location was very strategic, with easy access to a variety of food and drink options right in the lobby area. Collecting the access card was straightforward, and the check-out process was also very convenient and hassle-free.
The cleanliness needs to be improved. Upon checking in, I found that the toilet floor was wet, and the drainage appeared to be clogged, causing water to accumulate. In addition, there were items left behind by previous guests in the refrigerator, which I had to clear out myself. This was quite disappointing and did not meet the expected standard of cleanliness.
