Very cozy, very clean, close to bars, restaurants and public transport. Very good service. I staird 7 nights and felt just like home.

Clear instructions for checking in. Aircon worked very well. Very comfortable beds with premium sheets. Everything I needed was there but the house was clean and not cluttered. The neighborhood is quiet.

It looks nice and modern. Beds were comfy. Quiet neighborhood. Subway is not difficult to access. I didn’t fully test the kitchen to know if everything works but it seemed well kept at a glance.
It's definitely the best priced within the area and I believe it has everything you need to be comfortable.
A few things should be fixed (doorknobs, bed frame, shower). It also doesn’t seem secure if the code to the apartment is the same code as the door to the basement. You can also hear everything upstairs, which is most likely why they provide earplugs. The floor were a little bit sticky and that could honestly just be the humidity (?). Host seemed a bit too relaxed on their responses - doesn’t feel genuine or welcoming, besides the automated messages but I guess that's not the biggest deal.
EDIT: Thanks for the response regarding the security code. My mother was initially really worried about it so thanks for clarifying.
