The location, amenities, and size of the apartment.
The late check-in, only at 4 PM, was inconvenient, and the terrace was not very clean.

Really good location, close to the metro and bus stops, so it was easy to get around Valencia. The flat was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We also loved the big windows and having an elevator that goes straight to the flat. The customer service was brilliant too and was very quick to reply to all my messages and was really helpful.
We had a bit of trouble opening the main door at first, but managed after a few tries. The lift button is more like a touch screen and was sometimes difficult to press. The flooring in the second room was also damaged and could do with some repair. Overall, though, we had a really nice stay.

Location
Property needs work to justify the cost. We had issues but they were seen to promptly. The noise was almost unbearable.
