We did not have warm water in the shower! The neighborhood is not safe I was told, but we did not run into problems ourselves. The view is towards a construction place. All in all I expected to get more for the price we paid.

Close to Old San Juan, secure and cool neighbourhood. Comfortable and clean. Frances was so welcoming and friendly too! Excellent communication throughout.

The staff at the San Augustin Apartments was great - friendly, helpful and professional. The newly renovated buildings are clean and the furnishings are cute and comfortable. The business center has a good coffee machine available during the day. The Wifi is strong. The location is funky - in an up and coming neighborhood with a few bars, restaurants and galleries. There is a lot of construction underway and the area is sparsely populated - but it is close to the beach, in a walk-able neighborhood, and a short taxi ride will bring you to Old San Juan. The concierge at the front desk was very accommodating and sweet. A good value in Puerta di Tierra neighborhood near Balneario del Escambrón Beach where you can enjoy sun and palm trees, swimming, and food trucks right in the middle of the city.

It would have been nice to have a couch in the apartment and a few more hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms for clothing. The apartments feel so newly finished that these are just details that will probably be worked out over time.

We loved the size of the apartment and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooftop view was also a plus and a nice place to hang out at night!

Apartment was clean and every facility extremely modern. Staff was friendly and helpful for whatever info we needed. Highly recommend it! Location is safe and only 20 min walk to San Juan vieja.

We had a flight cancelation but they reached out to us and were very understanding to the point of making a refund for one night. Their communication was EXCEPTIONAL and very friendly people to deal with. Alexandra was very awesome receiving us and guiding us on a few things. She was EXCEPTIONAL! We shall be back! Great deal for a low budget too and close to everything you need for fun in San Juan.

I have nothing to complain about. All amenities were working properly.

Very clean and modern rooms with a smart TV in the living room. The bed was super comfy and the location was quiet. If felt safe since you had to type in a lock code to get in through the gate as well as use a lockbox to get your keys.

If I had to pick one thing that was bad and this is being picky. I would say the towels are like sandpaper. They are a bit rough on the skin.

this was a really great place to say close to Old San Juan. The hosts were awesome and had 24/7 support. They also checked in with us a few times to see how everything was going. It came with a refrig and stove top and the essentials needed. they were really helpful when we needed supplies and the charm of the place is outstanding. parking is right across the street, however you could also easily park on the street. check instructions were also very easy to follow.

the rooms could be enhanced with a microwave since there is not a oven. Wifi in the front was great but no so great in the back. that is problematic if you don't want to be sitting always doing work.

There was a construction in the next building so if we would've wanted to sleep in, then it would have been impossible. I feel like during this period you should tell your customers that there is noise. Otherwise really nice place and very friendly staff.

Crystal and staff were very accomodating!!! Paula, in the business center always smiling and delightful! Neighborhood location close to the Capitol and locals were mostly friendly! GOTTA HAVE MOSQUITO REPELLENT IF YOU LEAVE BALCONY DOOR OPEN!

Hot shower takes forever and only gets warm....no power outlet in bathroom. Overall, was ok....definitely not 5 star.....maybe a bit pricey for the 8 days.....but, STAFF , WAS EXCELLENT!!!!

It was close to old San Juan. You can walk from the apartment to old San Juan.

Everything was good.

the property is located in a very well spot. everything is 10 min away, the ocean, restaurant. bars. the facility was nice and clean. the front desk attendee were always at service. they are quick to respond. they are all nice and friendly.

The location and staff were great; they are very responsive. The place was clean and the wifi was strong. We had access to the rooftop but did not have a chance to use it.

The couch in the living room was a little uncomfortable and there were no tables to put drinks on. our first night was a little noisy due to a party happening a few doors over but it didn’t last too late into the night.
