Can't beat the location.

In need of some maintenance and upgrades. Balcony floor did not feel safe to walk on.

nice location. low body count on the Delta. end of construction zone, no more units to the north.

slippery stairs cause of fall and injury. unit deck not usable. many un-repaired items. Not worth the money in this state. Dangerous sttairs when wet

The location. Absolutely perfect. We have been coming to this area for over 20 years and it was the first time this far up Cherry Grove beach. The view from the balcony and proximity to the beach was awesome. Although dated, this condo was clean and the condominium facility was clean and nicely maintained. Even the pool and landscaping was well kept.

This particular condo itself was dated and in a bit of disrepair. It wouldn't take much to bring it up to better condition and in fact make it the best value in Myrtle Beach. No kidding, with some updates and a little interior work coupled with the view and location, this place would be spectacular. Also, with multiple people using the pool and beach area at different times, it became a little cumbersome to have only one gate card to gain access. Perhaps a better system or multiple access cards could be provided. Not a big deal just room for improvement.

The neighbor next door.

The location is perfect. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The complex is very quiet, well maintained and safe. The unit itself is charming and comfortable, perfect for relaxation and privacy. The towels and linens were fresh and clean.The pool and beach access are literally a two minute walk.

A slight drawback is the 3 flights of stairs to get to the top floor unit. It needs to be more well stocked with essentials. There was no extra bathroom tissue or trash bags, no soap in the kitchen dispenser and only one single-use dishwasher detergent. It could use a good dusting. All of these were minor issues and easy to overlook because of all the good qualities of the place.
