The service was great. Easy to check in and out and the airport shuttle was great and handy for my early morning flight.

No blow dryer in the room and only discovered this at 3:30 AM while I was hustling to get to the shuttle and to the airport for my early morning flight.

Vomit in the elevator in the morning. Told desk staff and they were not aware. Pillows were really bad. Food was not great at restaurant but waitress was great and very busy!

1) I had a flat deck trailer behind my pickup truck… No parking available because they had most of the parking lots closed for pavement patching!! Couldn’t park!! 2) only one small wash towel in the bathroom!!

Check out is at 12. At 10:50 they walked right in the room with out any warning and than asked me if I’m extending the stay for another night….

There was no Kleenex in the room. The shower tap is pulling out from the wall.

Staff is very rude and unprofessional. They will take any opportunity the can to remind you constantly that the reservation was made from a third party website and you’re not as important as other guests. I also found hair and nail clippings in my room and even though I brought it up and told them exactly where they were, housekeeping still didn’t clean it. They ended up changing my room and downgrading it because of it but not before telling me they’re making and exemptions since it’s against their policy to do that on third party reservations!! So there you have it, if you expect clean rooms from this hotel don’t book it through booking.com! I do have pictures but I thought it’s best not to include them since it’s very disgusting.
