Location quiet secluded
Unfortunately we could not enjoy the lake. Maybe the owner was treating the water? but we were not told if that was the case. the smell
From the treatment was not expected and it lasted the entire stay.
In the future if the host plans to treat the water or whatever was happening they would have informed future guests to blocked off the week of treatment instead of leaving it as an unpleasant surprise for guests.
We ended up Having to drive 20 min away to enjoy the lake when we had hoped we could just stay at the cabin and enjoy the lake.
