The location was not bad. Private feel but close enough to town center.

I requested to cancel when we were unable to get in with our reservation confirmed. Then once I was told that is not an option we waited another hour outside room getting bites from mosquitos because the door code sent to us was incorrect. This place is terribly dirty, smells like insect poison even on all the towels and linens! I could not sleep in the bed first night and had to wash all the bed linens and towels myself in order to use them. Also the front bedroom AC doesn’t work properly and constantly shuts off. The hot water in the master bedroom also was not working. Later on we found black mold in the closets under the AC! During last 2 days of stay water began leaking out from under the refrigerator making the kitchen floor constantly with pool of water. Also mandatory parking fees were also not explicitly detailed on the booking amenities description. They make it look like a luxury condo in pictures but it is far from that.
