The location is great for people that come with car. Plenty of space for the kids. Hope to come again

The sauna was under construction, the let us know only 3 days before we came and there was no option to cancel

We had a wonderful stay at this chalet. It is beautifully designed, very cozy, and feels incredibly welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom has a small heater, and there is a fireplace in the living area. Firewood is available outside and can easily be brought in to create a cozy atmosphere. Guests can also reserve the sauna and hot tub in advance. While there is an additional charge of 150 GEL per hour, we thought it was well worth it. The facilities include bathrobes and towels, and the mountain views from the spa area are absolutely stunning. Overall, this is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Mestia. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy mountain getaway.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the upstairs windows. They tilt inward, and during heavy rain some water could get inside if they were left open.

Friendly, helping staff, cute house, lovely location and views.

Shower/bathroom was leaking and a bit smelling.

Cozy house, generally clean

While it was clearly advertised as a spa place (that is why we chose it) the spa was not available and under construction for weeks. What makes it even crazier is that we had contact with the owner the morning before we arrived and when we made the booking and they clearly told us that the spa is open. Also we found a used injection needle between the beds and there was no cleaning, not enough toilet paper and shampoo.
