Villa was perfect for our stay, 10 people sharing. Bedrooms were a very decent size with 4 en suites and a spare bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning in August was a life saver. Pool was a great size and water never went cold. Hot tub wasn't something we were looking for but was a nice addition. Location was great, short walk to centre of Victoria and bus stop outside if needed. Owner easy to contact with quick support when needed. Highly recommend
Nothing really. Might suggest that we could leave items like oil, salt, pepper but not a big issue. A couple of the sun beds were worn but again nothing major.

Beautiful villa and area. Locals are such friendly helpful people! Easy to get to town and surrounding areas. Would definitely return.
Bit loud on front side of on the property bedrooms, WiFi only works in certain spots not so much of an issue to be fair when on hols.

You can walk to the centre of town in 10 minutes. It's easy to get anywhere on the island using Volt/Über (busses also possible). We didn't have a car. The pool is a very good size for just one house and I personally loved the style of the traditional architecture. The host kindly let us stay a few hours longer on our last day because we had a late flight. You can arrange to have groceries waiting for you.
It didn't bother us but very light sleepers might be disturbed by the traffic. It's not actually a busy road (especially at night) but the sound insulation isn't the same as in a modern house.

Large pool, hot tub, cleanliness and well kept property. All double bedrooms with en suite bathroom. AC included, not with coin meter.

"Sehr zentral gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Insel Ausflüge. Da wir Anfang April hier waren war der Jacuzzi bei den Kindern sehr willkommen."
