Tout était très bien : la localisation très proche du centre de Frascati et de la gare ; les petits-déjeuners ; la copropriété propre, bien entretenue et calme ; l'ascenseur.

Il manque des couvercles pour les poêles et un vrai four (mais il y a un micro-ondes).

A hidden gem in Frascati. Warm welcome, clear instructions, great location both for Frascati and train station for Rome. I’m a holiday home owner myself (different website) and extremely fussy! This place did not disappoint. It was spotlessly clean, had a coffee machine, cereals, every confection you might need for an Italian breakfast (and fridge, cooker, microwave and kettle. We were going to a wedding and it had a much needed fabulous iron!) Great Wi-Fi ! Great value! What’s not to like????

We saw what others had written about it being a little claustrophobic as there are sloping ceilings- Yes it’s in the roof and I AM claustrophobic and had worried a little having read that but it was absolutely fine.

Clean, great amenities, extremely close to the train station, great host. Supermarket right near the building.

A little cramped - probably not suitable for tall or claustrophobic people.

Great location. Train station, bars and restaurants all within five to ten minutes walk away. Supermarket and mini mart both within 100 metres. The property had two air-con units which worked very well in 36 degree heat! Francesca was super helpful and even assisted with the organising of a taxi from Ciampino on a train strike day. As this is a roof apartment, there are sloping ceilings/roof, so very tall people might find that problematic.

It was advertised as 2 bedrooms but one of them was very very small with just a bed and a low slanting ceiling and no window . The other rooms also had slanting roofs and always had to be careful not to bag your head. Also had to phone for sufficient breakfast products and the lift did not go up to our floor.

Cute and cosy, clean and in a very good location, so close to shooed and restaurants and with parking just a few steps away (even if payment needed). Frascati offers a family friendly environment and a train station that easily connects to Rome city centre which is very close to the property. Francesca has been extremely available and helpful.

we only struggled a bit with the water and showers in the morning with the small how water tank, being a family of 4. it would have been perfect for a couple.

Good location. Comfortable bed.

Decor is adequate and functional. Could be a bit cosier or feel a bit warmer.

Easy walking access to the centre of Frascati, with a supermarket on the doorstep. Apartment clean and tidy, with a good breakfast selection. Hosts very friendly and helpful.

Internet connection was a bit weak, and apartment could be a little chilly until air heaters had time to run.
