The space was beautiful, neat and very comfortable. The location is close enough to everything while not being at the very center. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast took longer than expected and there were a lot not items on the menu that were out of stock but the food was great nonetheless and they were able to assist with alternative options.

Everything about it epecialy the cleanliness .

Great location. Safe and secure. Friendly staff

Stayed on ground floor. Without the blinds people walking by can see inside.

Accessible location, friendly security and front desk - easy process.

I checked in and immediately went to my room to take a shower to get ready for my next engagement for the day, to my utter shock -the entire bathroom leading into the bedroom had flooded - this did not make sense at all. I had to get ready and prepare while navigating the puddles of water using towels. The pillows had no covers - very unappealing - used a towel to cover them when sleeping. At 03:48 and 06:10 we were alarmingly woken up by a emergency evacuation (false) alarm with an announcement to evacuate the property, after a long day of traveling to Cape Town and working, with a full day of work ahead, not only was this scary and beyond traumatic - not knowing what to do, in a foreign city and bed - but also absolutely disorientating and cost me 4 hours of sleep and incredible amount of anxiety. To have to abruptly wake up and grand the bit that you can, find the exit staircase run downstairs in pyjamas and socks, during winter - was an utterly terrible experience to go through.
