The apartment was very clean, spacious, modern and provided a very 'homey' feeling. Lina the host was very helpful and provided very clear information in regards to the apartment, car parking, and collecting the key. We very much appreciated that the hosts had prepared a travel cot for our 1 year old child and that they also had a high chair. The location was perfect, just outside central London enough to not be too busy, but also close enough to easily travel into the city.

Honestly can't think of anything we did not like.

They worked together with us to make sure we were able to check in after the checking hours, which was amazing. And there was a private parking spot we could use!

Location had a good bus service to Kew gardens (and a Sainsbury's about 10 minute walk away.) Pleasant area with trees and the river nearby. Information given and questions answered immediately by phone. I think for a stay in Brentwood/Richmond area it is very good value for such a luxurious modern and clean accommodation. We wanted to stay longer!

There was no warning on Booking.com site that we would need to collect the keys and then drop them off again at a grocery store almost half a mile away. Without google maps help which not everyone has access to, I don't know how easy it would have been to locate. Most of the day and into the night there is an aeroplane passing close by every 45 seconds; it's on one or two flight paths.The sink plug did not function properly in the bathroom. No face to face connection to a receptionist or information.

Lovely place! I appreciated the good communication via email, we have been informed about everything and we have been accommodated by Lina who made sure to help us with our needs (even later checkout). I loved the cleanness of the property, I loved the house and the view. What I loved the most were the small details of this property, such as Netflix, Spotify, new iron, new cutlery, new cups, good washing machine. Everything was accurate, cleaned and in the right place. I loved this place and I am looking forward to staying here in the future because I felt at home honestly. Thank you very much

I liked everything and nothing to notify. I can maybe suggest installing a new conditional air for the summer ahead. Everything else was perfect.

The property was in a great location - close to amenities and well situated to travel around the city. The balcony was a bonus and had a lovely view of the Thames river and blossom trees in the courtyard of the adjacent building. The apartment was peaceful and spacious. We would stay again.

For the price, we expected the property to have been cleaner as it was dusty in places. It would have been great to have a TV in the bedroom.

This was a beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated with everything we needed for our two night stay. It has a lovely little balcony where we were able to sit out with drinks in the evenings. Lovely location just a short walk away from the river and the railway station. With plenty of shops and simple eateries all in walking distance. We used it to visit Kew Gardens which itself was an easy ten minute walk away. Great secure parking with easy access to the apartment. Great communication from the host and a very easy check-in. Very clean with all the amenities you would need - Lina was incredible with all of her guidance. Can’t wait to return !
