We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is spacious, gorgeous, and perfect for a large family or group. There were ten of us, and we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The cosy living room with its fireplace, four beautifully appointed bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and lovely deck overlooking the expansive lawn made the house feel very special. We cooked during both days of our stay, and one of the highlights was having all ten of us gathered around the dining table, enjoying our meals together while looking out over the beautiful grounds. A special shout-out to the hosts for the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen—it had everything we needed and more, including a toaster, coffee machine, cooking oil, condiments, coffee, chocolate drink mix, cleaning supplies, and many other thoughtful touches. We also had a wonderful time exploring the grounds. The house is surrounded by beautiful lawns and an interesting variety of trees and flowers, and the deck was such a lovely place to simply hang out, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Our only regret is that we stayed for just two nights! We genuinely wished we could have stayed for a few more days. A beautiful and memorable place to stay in Margaret River, and one we would happily return to!

The only minor downside was the layout of the large bathroom, which is located between the hallway and the large bedroom with two queen beds. To access the bedroom from inside the house, you have to go through the bathroom; otherwise, you need to use the outside deck. This could be a little inconvenient when someone was using the bathroom, especially as it rained quite a bit during our stay. That said, this was a very minor issue and certainly didn’t detract from how much we loved the house!

Beautiful large private grounds, separate bedrooms for our group of 4 ladies. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Right next door to a great tea/coffee shop and Italian restaurant.

Television was difficult to use. A guide to login etc would have been helpful. One lounge room blind was off its roller and hard to reconnect to roll up, one bedroom curtain had a few broken fasteners but not a big issue.

Very comfortable beds, clean bedding and towels. Beautiful gardens

Carpets had stains throughout. Mice/rats in the roof that could be heard throughout the night. No blinds on the bathroom window next to the shower. Water damage present on ceilings. Generally needs some tlc and an overall freshen up. The back double bedroom and bathroom swept terribly of urine.
