This well-equipped, spacious and spotless-clean apartment is located in a quiet area. Many shops, cafes and a pharmacy are located within walking distance. A free parking space is available. The Marwell Residence Team communicates in a timely manner, providing all the necessary, detailed information.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and we chose the exact same room. The area is quiet and peaceful, located in a residential neighborhood. The room is quite spacious, clean, and stylish, and the kitchen has everything you might need.
Just like during our first visit, the shower faucet in the bathroom was dripping.

Modern and good looking.
The hardest beds I slept in. The living room couch was more comfortable than the beds. Also there was a very unpleasant smell in the apartment, which didn’t disappear even if we kept the windows open all the time.
