Almost everything Nosipho was amazing

the owners are very accommodating the housekeeper was friendly and helpful

I liked that everything was well prepared from before we left even when we got there. The staff that cleaned our rooms were amazing 👏.

The security, checking in was understandable....but we felt us having to walk around with IDs while they had our identities on their scanning devices was ridiculous

Disgusting overall cleanliness. House filthy dirty, in dire need of maintenance and a deep clean. OVERALL: Booking.com website is totally inaccurate when it comes to views and pictures of the inside of the property. What is portrayed is far from the truth. There are no sea views from the upstairs bedrooms. House not in pristine condition. Annoying getting in and out of Zimbali even though we were previously verified, having constantly to show ID cards etc. KITCHEN: Cupboards and handles greasy and grimy inside and outside. Not enough serving dishes and bowls. No Tupperware for food storage. 29 knives and 15 forks. No matches/lighter to light gas stove during load shedding. Cracked and chipped crockery. Can opener does not work. BEDROOMS: Some beds not fit for purpose. Mattresses sagging in the middle. Bed valances/night frill stained and dirty. Couches and cushions full of stains. Under each bed, couch and chair a thick layer of dust and hair with an assortment of dead bugs - furniture is never moved for cleaning. Cracked and chipped plaster. Dirty walls. Cob webs in every corner of all the rooms. Bedside tables encrusted with dirt. Chipped furniture. BATHROOMS: Large live cockroaches crawl about. Some toilet seats need replacing. Cracked floor tiles. Rusted hand basin stands. Towels are thin, old and frayed. COMMON AREAS: The house sleeps 12 but the dining tables seat only 8. The fan is encrusted with strands of cob webs and dust and rusted. Windows are dirty. Animal excrement on the pillars on the deck. Loungers on deck stained with holes in the fabric. 1 golf cart for 12 people when there should be 2. Staircase not wiped/cleaned for 7 days. Blinds are thick with dust. There appears to be no vacuum cleaner - the rugs are a health hazard. House on busy and noisy road. GENERAL: The maid is willing but cannot cope with the size of the house.We were promised a serviced house for 7 days but she was only there for 4...

The location was excellent 👌Heated pool close to the restaurant was the absolute highlight! Owners' response to requests was excellent 👌 Excellent communication!

House was not cleaned as expected, poor cleaning services, we had 6 Toddlers and were very concerned about hygiene...rooms smelt stuffy ,beddings was not fresh, one room aircon unit was not in working order after asking beforehand... Pool deck was unsafe and we did not use...cobwebs noted in rooms, lizard droppings as well... Just unsatisfactory when you look at the money spent...

Everything was perfect. The host was fantastic and never hesitated to help me whenever I needed it.

The place is so beautiful and clean, surrounded by nature. You sleep peaceful at night knowing that you are safe. The value of Pools was my show stopper
