Everything was extremely comfortable, clean and great location. The couple is extremely helpful and welcoming. I would stay here again and I would also refer all my friends to this place.
It is advertised as a bed-and-breakfast, but all they really offer is coffee and tea and a packaged muffin.
They did go out of their way however to get gluten-free items for my granddaughter. Although this is not a big deal, I thought it should be noted.

The communication, the location, the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness
Some noice from the street during the day, but not at night.

Situated perfectly. The best and most welcoming hosts, Erica and her husband. They are extremely helpful. Great hospitality.
The place has everything, we were looking for regarding a stay i Rome. We would stay there again, - no doubt :-)

The location was extremely good for me; I needed to be near the Vatican, and this is about as close as it gets. I was originally a bit surprised that late check-ins were considered difficult, but Erica and Gianni turned out to be the best hosts one could hope for. Very sweet and helpful, providing a breakfast basket and even some snacks. The B&B is also close to a subway station and the restaurant tip I received worked out very well too...
The one minor (very minor) discomfort is the early check-out time (at 10.30). That said, given the context, such an early time makes sense, so no complaints...
