Beautiful villa that puts you simultaneously in the clean mountain air and right next to a few convenient shops, restaurants and a resort town. We rented the villa off-season which made it really good value-for-money. The place has a sauna that is trivial to operate, it's plenty spacious, it's well-furnished, there is generally very little missing. If the place had a pool, an outdoor jacuzzi and a gym, I honestly think I would have no further ideas how it could be improved.

The place uses a pump-heater, which nicely combines with the underfloor heating, but the hot water capacity is not huge. It is ambitious to try to have a warm bath unless you're currently alone in the villa. And that is really unfortunate since after you heat up the sauna and spend some time there, every single one of you will want to take a bath or a shower and it will be a warm one for 3 of you at most. Additionally, the place advertises an order-to-the-house service from the local restaurants in the closed resort space (Pirin Golf), however it's not so simple. One of the restaurants told us that they are not offering deliveries to houses at all (despite being listed) on two separate occasions. Another told us that our house number does not exist. Ordering through the web app that the QR code advertises was not possible at any restaurant that we tried and we had to call them instead. Most did not expect us to order or did not understand us well so it took some convincing to get our order across. Not to mention that the people on the other side of the phone often did not speak Bulgarian at all, so we had to order in English, but the menu was not translated very well. The internet service was a little iffy. For 99% of people this will not matter. But for anyone coming over to host a LAN party – expect mediocre speeds and packet loss. Genuine LAN-only play works just fine, but you need to bring a router, since the one in the room is transmitting a guest wireless network, so devices cannot reach one another on it, making LAN impossible. Plug the ethernet cable from the wall device to the router and have all players connect to it and you're golden. For online play however, look for another place.

Было чисто и уютно. Посуды было достаточно и кастрюли были по состоянию новыми. Была проблема с решетками для гриля, персонал смог быстро решить эту проблему.

Отопление еще не было включено, поэтому ночью в комнатах температура была в районе 19 градусов.

A wonderful villa - spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and excellently equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Had a great time and would definitely recommend it!
